Thoughtful tools for student ownership. The free builder is ready

THE PERSON BEHIND THE TOOLS

I make things
make sense.

Then I help people see where their part begins.

HELLO, I’M NIKO.

Educator.
Builder.
Always figuring
something out.

Niko Arranz

My work lives where ideas meet the people who need to use them.

I’m a computer science and business educator. Across student projects, clubs, and leadership work, I keep returning to a practical question: what would help someone understand the next step and feel ready to take it?

Sometimes that means asking a better question. Sometimes it means making a useful worksheet, rebuilding a confusing process, or giving a team enough structure to move forward on its own.

Clear & Capable is a place for that work. It brings together tools for turning good intentions into understandable projects and helping students make meaningful decisions along the way.

I care about the moment when someone can say, “I understand what we’re trying to do, and I know what I can contribute.” These resources are built around making that moment possible.

A PHILOSOPHY TO WORK BY

Make it clear.
Make it useful.
Make it yours.

Clarity gives people a way in. The purpose and expectations should be understandable to the people doing the work.

Usefulness gives the work a reason. A project should help someone do, understand, or experience something that matters.

Ownership gives people a part. Real choices and visible contributions create room for students to lead.

ABOUT THIS COLLECTION

Made to be used.
And adapted.

These are independent educational resources by Niko Arranz. They are designed for teachers and club advisors who want practical ways to make projects clearer and student responsibility more visible.

The tools offer a structure to think with. You bring the knowledge of your students, your setting, and the support the work needs.
